Welcome back to another great year in the library!  I have refreshed the space and acquired new books and activities for the students to enjoy!  I can't wait to see everyone and continue to foster their love of all things reading!  It's going to be a GREAT year!

 Summer is here again!

It was a wonderful year in the library.  The students enjoyed lots of new books and some old favorites too!

I hope everyone has a relaxing summer and finds time to get lost in a good book or two.

 It has been a great start to the school year!  Students are discovering new titles while enjoying some of their favorites!  We currently have 20,000 plus titles to pick from!

I look forward to helping students find the "just the right book" for them, and foster a love of and confidence in reading.

The library will always be happy to accept gently used or new books.  They will find a happy new home here!

 It's been another great year in the library!  The books are slowly transitioning from "Reading Counts" to "Accelerated Reader".  Students are getting the hang of the new quizzing system and doing great!

I have expanded the Graphic Novel section this year, and books for all reading levels are now available!

I would like to get a good inventory of the library completed over the next school year.

I hope everyone sets aside time this summer to read and enjoy a book or two!

 WELCOME BACK TO THE LIBRARY!

    I am looking forward to another fantastic year in the library!  We are switching from "Reading Counts" to "Accelerated Reading" this year.  This is exciting because so many of our library books did not have quizzes in "Reading Counts", but will in "AR", including many nonfiction books.

    My main purpose is to instill a love of reading, in all students.  I strive to make the library a relaxed and inviting place for all to gather.  

    If you have any questions/concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.  The best way to reach me, is by email, as I check it often throughout the day.  You can also call me at the main school number, my extension is #309.

Another Successful School Year In The Books!
